The Role
We’re looking for a Worship & Communications Leader to create Christ-centered, engaging worship experiences and lead our communication strategy. This role blends music, leadership, and creativity to help people encounter God and grow as disciples.
What You’ll Do
Lead and grow the worship ministry: build community, select music, recruit/schedule musicians, run rehearsals, and lead worship teams.
Develop and mentor musical talent through conversations, jam sessions, and rehearsals.
Oversee media for worship (sound, lighting, graphics, video).
Recruit, train, and coordinate teams (Communion, Welcome, Sound, Live-Stream, Choirs, Ensembles, and more).
Manage church communications: social media, website, print, signage, graphics, and video.
Ensure consistent, Christ-centered branding across all communication channels.
Welcome first-time guests and support assimilation strategies.
Prepare worship spaces for services, weddings, funerals, and special events.
Lead a small group and occasionally preach at the invitation of the Senior Pastor.
What You Bring
Musical training/experience (vocal or instrumental required).
Worship leadership experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
Comfortable with different worship styles.
Bonus: experience with communication tools, design, or media production.
